It’s time to take responsibility for ourselves

It is interesting to see how many advices are given on social media to release stress, to relax and to become healthier.
A lot of these posts are talking about performing rituals or quick results with special nutrition and workouts for the perfect body and mind.
Everything is quick and should have short terme results.
Nonsense! It is a process and the path should be the goal.

THERE IS NO SHORT CUT IN SELF CULTIVATION
If somebody has sleeping problems, anxiety problems, panic attacks, depression or any kind of crises …it does not help to burn incent sticks, cleaning the sleeping room with white savage, reading mantras or eating vegan food.
Also the advice to meditate in most of the cases won’t help, because the mind and the body are a very complex system.
It is a holistic system which we have to understand and which can be influenced by the ancient wisdom of magnetism.

ANCIENT WISDOM BECOMES MORE AND MORE IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND OURSELVES
More than 3000 years ago some wise people found out that they can influence their body and control their mind with the correct use of the lifeforce.
Not only in China with the Training of QI, also in India with the PRANA healing and in Egypt, we can find old scriptures of self–cultivation techniques.
Why are we so arrogant and believe that we are far more educated and advanced nowadays?

WE ARE FAR BEHIND EVOLUTION
We are not able to control our body, not our mind , not even our emotions.
We don’t know anything about our body and our mind; if we have a problem we look for help outside, we go to the doctor and take medicine.
Most of us don’t even know where their organs are situated and don’t even know what they feel.

IT’S TIME TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR OURSELVES
Taking responsability means to get to know ourselves, to connect again with ourselves …and this is a process. A process of selfreflexion, selfcare and selflove.
Sorry, there is no short cut by using incent sticks or listening to mantras, using breathing techniques or taking whatever medicine or drug.
You cannot calm your mind effectively on a long term if you do a daily breathing technique of Pranayama and 1 hour later you insult other people or harm yourself with negative thoughts. Everything is connected, your body, mind, thougths, emotions and everything has an effect on your health and on the environment.

Everything consists and depends on Energy, whatever you call it…prana, ki, qi, ruach.
As soon as we understand the principles of magnetism, magnetic fields and magnetic forces and we use wisely the ancient techniques of Energy-Training, we are able to live longer, healthier and happier.
And even if there is no short cut and it is a process…“a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step“ LAOZI
